Magic Moments Constitution Summary

The Objectives:

1. To establish a network of non-profit volunteer community support groups which provide assistance to people living in financial distress or in other ways disadvantaged within the community.
2. To procure and distribute hampers of food and gifts to individuals and families in need.
3. To establish, organise, conduct and support programs and training schemes for youth development.
4. To co-operate with any association or organisation with similar objectives.

Rights of the members of the company:

1. A full voting member has the right to vote at all meetings be they general meetings or annual general meetings.
2. Members become involved in the stated objectives of the company contributing their time and resources to assist the company bring this to fruition.
