The Essence of
Leadership: “A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the
courage to make tough decisions and the compassion to listen to the
needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes
one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.
In the end, leaders are much like eagles… they don’t flock, you
find them one at a time”.
We
thank you for the opportunity to introduce you to our vision – a
transformational program for Youth that will show them that life is
a gift and their gift in return is to live it to the
full!
We
believe that only by personal transformation, acceptance of our
fellow man and the ability to communicate with a genuine desire for
peace and abundance for all is the start. A dawning of awareness –
beginning with the children.
- Remember when you were
a teenager – how intense were your emotions?
- Were
you surrounded by inspirational individuals offering
support?
- Did
you have a mentor to coach and guide you?
- Did
you eagerly set goals where you were continually stretched and
challenged?
- Did
you have high self esteem; were articulate and able to enter
discussions confident of your ability to put forward your
opinion?
- Were
you constantly learning new skills that motivated and empowered
you?
How
would it have been for you – if these resources were available to
you, setting lifelong standards throughout your teenage
years?
Where
would you be now? How would you view yourself? How would you relate
to your family and friends? What would your children have gained
from your knowledge?
Imagine
if these skills were available to every child, year 7 to year 12.
How would your community be affected? What a contribution our
planet would have with the fundamental standards of personal
achievement, rapport, contribution and powerful, positive emotion
as the norm.
A pilot
program began in July 2000 in the USA called ‘Discovery Camp’ that
was ten years in the making. This program is aimed for children
aged 15-16 years, with the focus on Youth leadership and provides
the opportunity to develop skills for both teenagers and
teachers.
We are
committed volunteers with a goal: “To create the opportunity for
young people to set their own standards for their futures. With the
result enabling them to share and experience an extraordinary
quality of life not only for themselves, but also for all those who
they have the privilege to touch”.

We
are delivering:
- A
program to enhance Youth Leadership – a mentoring
program
- Ongoing interaction
with teachers and teens
- Programs for teachers
and teens to immerse themselves in new learning
technology
Participants in these
programs will return to their communities with passion and purpose
and certainty about themselves and their ability to acquire the
desired results and lead others to do the same.
They
will learn tools and skills for long-term success; cutting-edge
technology; and outrageously playful adventures in great locations.
The results will positively influence the peer pressures of
today.
Young Leader
Financial Summit – QLD
This is
a two and a half day program that has a focus on teaching skills in
many areas of finance including budgeting, saving, investing and
credit. Subjects that are not part of schools curriculum and
are not always fully understood in their home environment.
Helping young people to understand these critical issues at a time
when they are entering the workforce in a part time capacity is
critical to create a strong foundation for their financial
future. We are very excited about this program
Global Youth
Leadership Summit - USA
Global
Youth Leadership Summit is a week long program held by The Anthony
Robbins Foundation in San Diego, USA. Using Tony Robbins
techniques that have been modified for teens this program has been
developing youth peoples lives for over a decade. The Magic
Moments Foundation has seen phenomenal results in the young people
they have taken to Global Youth Leadership Summit. The
personal development skills taught during this week are life
changing.
